Q. Can I access your wholesale prices?


A. Currently we can only give you access to our wholesale pricelist when you have an account with us. However, you can always call customer service and ask about your prospective cost.

Q.How do I place an order?


A. To submit an order, you need to have a wholesale account.


Q. What payment methods are available?


A. Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover,PayPal


Q. How long does the whole return process take?


A. It takes 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return to process your return. If the credit is being credited to credit card, it may take additional 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card.


Q . How much will I be charged for freight?


A. Freight charges vary. Your charge will be based on the weight of the package, the number of boxes, size of the boxes, the method of shipping, and the destination. Since this information (particularly weight) is determined at the time of shipping, we can only make estimations beforehand. Please contact us for an estimate.


Q. Where do you ship from?


A. We ship everything from our warehouse in EAST COST, USA


Q. Where is my delivery? Can I track my packages?


A. If you are a US customer, you can track your delivery on the web site of your shipping provider. You will find all the information you need on your order confirmation. Simply enter the pick up number in the appropriate field.
